update: wondering why did I wait so long to try because I'm 100% sold on powdered milk! why? #1 not throwing away spoiled milk. #2 it has cut my trips to the grocery store visits down considerably. #3 can easily tailor to fit my needs and will always have on hand. I use for a supplement smoothie: protein powders say mix with water or milk, this adds a creaminess that plain water does not and I don't really need to use 28g so I probably use about half which it will last me longer and make it even more cost effective. I used to drink coconut milk because cow dairy congests me, but to appease my husband's desire for a dairy milk I tried the goat and I have not experienced any issues, and I love they also offer a coconut milk version that I could mix for their different properties if I wanted to- might even try the cow- Yay powdered milk lol! :With rising milk prices I thought I'd finally give this a try. It includes a 60cc scoop that I measured on my mg scale and it was fairly accurate for the 28g serving size, but the powder is super fine and can be in clumps so I had to work at getting a full level-ish scoop without compacting to get that weight. I used my bullet-type blender with following results: Day 1- I used 8 ounces of warm water I had just distilled (package suggests warm) with a full scoop of milk powder, did not clump but the taste was ?gamey? I put in a couple ice cubes and better but still not good. Added smoothie mix and not much improvement in taste. The good part was the taste did not linger for a lengthy time. Day 2- Still using 8 ounces of my distilled water but this time cold from fridge, I eyeballed about half a scoop of milk powder and directly mixed with smoothie mix and did not clump in cold smoothie. Half scoop had no evident taste in smoothie as the full scoop did and no aftertaste. I did not try it alone this time. So it should mix fine in blender with cold water, a definite plus. If you plan on drinking this I do recommend trying a smaller package, I thought my smoothie mixture would mask any off taste but unless yours is on the sweet side (my current one is kind of bland) you will likely taste the flavor of this goat milk powder at full serving size. The powder kind of stinks, and it tastes like it smells.

This premium whole milk powder has completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I opened the resealable pouch, I could tell the quality was top-notch—smooth, creamy, and 100% natural with no weird additives. The flavor when reconstituted is rich and delicious, just like fresh milk, and it mixes beautifully in everything from my morning coffee to baked goods and smoothies.

Flavor is very good, and consistency is very fine powder. Compacted into packaging so I gently smoosh the bag to make it easier to get spoonfuls of powder. I use it in cooking and as an alternative coffee creamer.

I have never used coconut milk powder before so was really not sure what to expect. Overall, it was just ok considering the cost, caloric content, etc. I only used 1 T the first time in a cup of 16 oz drip coffee and the flavor was a bit over-powering with a bitterish finish and not what i was hoping for. I cannot say if it is this product in particular or if it is coconut powder in general. The second time i only added 2 tsp and used 1 T of my favorite powdered creamer and it was a better balance but still a bit too much for my taste so i would not be able to use it as a substitute for regular powered creamer as I had hoped. The products itself arrived vacuum sealed and fresh, a bit clumpy but not unexpected due to moisture and the vacuum seal so i have no complaints on delivery and arrival of the product itself. It had a pleasant coconut smell, if a bit "powdery", but not unexpected. Again, I am not sure if the taste is common to coconut powder but I would not purchase this again due to the high cost and not being able to use it as I had anticipated. But, for an addition to coffee with regular powdered creamer, a teaspoon does add a nice alternate flavor profile. Just not what I was expecting or anticipating for the cost.

Wow! This milk is the best powdered milk I have ever had! I will not have to look any further for a good tasting powdered milk. Z Natural will be my regular milk from now on. Thank you for a wonderful product that is pure and doesn't have other additives in it. So delicious!!

Makes a delicious Natural Instant Creamer! 2 parts: Coconut Sugar 1 part: Goat Milk Powder 1 part: Coconut Milk Powder Mix well. Keep in an airtight jar with a food-safe desiccant pack (if you have one). Dissolves perfectly, froths beautifully; taste is rich, creamy & just the right amount of sweet to compliment almost any roast! Especially stronger brews! Enjoy y'all!

2nd time buying, I use it in my coffee and it add a creaminess without a strong coconut flavor. I cannot tolerate dairy and do not like the taste of nut milk creamers.

The milk tastes delicious, but when added to chicory, it floats on top as a greasy film, while dissolving completely. The cup arrived covered in very hard lumps. I bought cow's milk and it was much better!! No lumps and no greasy film left on the surface of the cup.
