Are these plastic or glass as it says both in the write up?

They are plastic but I would suggest if you are buying them for spraying you will be wasting your money as the spray attachments broke within a few minutes of using and I was only using them for a minimal task. I thought it might have been a one off but it was with them all. I hope this is helpful.
