Suggested Use ------------- Almond Cookies * 1/2 cup Butter * 6 Tbsp le Sugar or Light Brown Sugar * 1 tsp Vanilla Extract * 1 cup Almond Meal * 1 cup sifted Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour Preheat oven at 300°F. Grease cookie sheet, set aside. With a hand mixer, blend the butter, le sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the almond meal flour and the Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour and mix until the dough sticks together. Form the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely before enjoying. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
