The best ice packs.
I have a lot of neck and back pain, plus I get hot really easily and live in an old house where the AC doesn't circulate very wellโwhich is all to say I use ice packs a lot. I've tried a few different brands, and these are by far the best because they stay cold for a long time and they get cold really quickly. They're a nice size to lay on your forehead for headaches/overheating or to wrap against the back of your neck for pain/overheating/nervous system regulation. I have other ice packs that take hours to chill, but these get cold in just a couple of hours. They also come with a protective bag which I appreciate. I only wish they came in different sizesโa larger option would be great.

Great for migraines!
Soft and mold-able, stays cold a long time (longer than the PEAS ones) and is the perfect size for either back of the neck or forehead. I need cold packs for migraines and the hard solid ones stay cold a very long time but they are so uncomfortable. The PEAS ones (with the little blue and orange beads inside a clear pack) don't stay cold very long and they don't last well - the older one I have in the freezer is full of frost and weirdness. I tried these based on the reviews. I saw several reviews that said these were too hard and solid when first removed from the freezer, and this was definitely not the case for me. Mine stayed soft enough to mold against my neck or forehead straight out of the freezer. I do wrap them in one thin dishtowel, just one layer of cloth between me and the cold compress, to protect my skin Once thawed, they do take a while to completely freeze again but if you are alternating them, they do get fairly cold quickly. I plan to order a couple more for alternating on bad days. Highly recommend these!

Fits easily in fridge and freezes quickly
I got this for injuries but it is hard to form it to certain parts of the body due to its stiffness. But it freezes super quickly and is great quality. I love the texture of it because it doesnโt get too cold.

Great Buy; Stays Cold
Perfect ice pack to keep in the freezer. Works well; great shape & perfectly price. Easy to use; grab & use. Iโve had a set in the freezer for 20 years & now that my husband uses them, I wanted additional ones in the freezer. The packs stay cold & regardless of how long we use them. Iโve never had a leaking problem like the Therapeutic pack I purchased in the 80โs

Best Ice Pack Solution for my Wife's Full Knee Replacement
Since my wife had her full knee replacement almost two weeks ago, we have been trying all sorts of ice solutions and then discovered these ice packs. The advantages for us have been: (1) narrow enough that two bags fix along both sides of the knee - rather than one big heavy compress sitting on top of the knee; (2) even frozen, they are still flexible enough to bend around the knee and can be oriented as needed for pain; (3) they last about 20 minutes - about five minutes more than recommended by physical therapy ... and they freeze back up very quickly (generally in just over an hour); (4) they are small and light enough that they do not add pressure to the knee causing pain. The only negative we have is that while they ship in a nice tiestring bag - that bag is too thin for holding the frozen compress ... we are wrapping them in light towels which does the trick but expect to use the tiestring bags for storage. We have discarded the other attempts are are using these compresses exclusively - they are wonderful!

Stay cold for a long time and perfect for painful heels
These ice pads are exactly what I've been looking for. I have Achilles tendinitis and needed something soft for me to rest my the back of my heels on to ice them. Regular ice in bags was messy and painful. The gel type ice didn't stay cold long enough. These are wonderful. I take them out of the freezer, wrap them in a dish towel and then I can rest my heels on them. It does take a couple of minutes to slightly soften up. But if I wanted to, I could even bend these around my ankle slightly. I've frozen them in a "U" shape but found that is unnecessary, as they become a little cushiony after just a few minutes. Yet they stay cold for over an hour, even still having frost on them. I don't recommend putting your skin on these directly, as they ARE cold. But using a regular dish towel does the trick wonderfully. If you need a softer ice pack that stays cold for a long time and is flexible, this product is what you are looking for!

Great For Helping With Hip Surgery Recovery
My wife recently had a hip replacement. These gel packs freeze up but are still flexible. Because of their slim shape they easily fit in her sweat pants pocket right along where her surgery was, helping to provide her with some relief from pain. She could also lay on the pads and due to their slim shape they weren't uncomfortable for her. Since they come as a two pack, by the time one thaws out you still have the other one in the freezer and available to use. I highly recommend these gel packs.
