Great ball for most weekend golfers!
I'm a solid 7 hdcp (and could be better if I had the time) so these are not really for me. I will state that they work as advertised, I do see these straighten an intended draw or fade. And I notice no real difference between these and my regular gamer (B330) in terms of distance. Not so good greenside and they are too 'hard' to putt But I try for perfection in those areas and most people wouldn't notice the difference. But these are GREAT for they guys I tend to play with - and I've given away at least a dozen now. Here's the situation: I play a lot of golf as a single when I travel. Usually resorts and rather nice courses. It's VERY frustrating to play with a couple of guys that couldn't hit the fairway sober - much less with a beer or two. After the first 4 or 5 holes of helping search for balls in the rough, and it's obvious they are not playing seriously, I'll hand these out and explain that they are 'not USGA legal' but 'will help'. The look on their faces after they hit the fairway the next 6 or 7 holes is priceless. And now I get to spend more time in the fairway playing my game rather than searching for a lost ball. You cannot use these for tournaments or for posting a handicap but for the weekend golfer, it saves a lot of frustration. And I think 85%+ of the people playing golf just want to 'keep up' with the other players or try to stay in the fairway so they don't embarrass themselves. And these balls WILL help. The only time I've seen a Polara get lost was when someone hit it straight out into the rough, (and I assure you, it went straight), or the wind grabbed it and pushed it out of bounds. I honestly think if your average weekend golfer used this ball, a round wouldn't take over 5 hours on a Saturday afternoon. With the 'ball spin' under control, I think most would people would be straighter and longer on their drives. At a minimum, 3 out of 4 in the typical foursome wouldn't be in the rough. If you are struggling with that slice, you should try out a sleeve. Finally; I find that most people after using this ball for several holes will now hit their regular ball better. They build some confidence in their swing and "let it rip" vs. holding back because they fear the OB stakes. Just an observation.

These work amazingly. They make golf fun.
Worked amazing! I chose the 50% balls so that I wouldn't lose much distance on my drives and these balls actually added distance and height. They can still slice a little bit, but where as I used to slice out of bounds and onto other fairways, it now slices where it is still playable. I would say that 75% of my drives are now straight, and 25% have a little slice to them. Some of that has to do with me improving as a player, but before these balls I was probably 80% slice with half of those being on the wrong fairway. Just by cutting out the sidespin, I've added about 80 yards onto my drives consistently. No one can tell you're using one of these balls unless you tell them. It's a great hack for players who are still learning, tired of losing balls, and want to actually enjoy a round of golf while still training on the side. The 75% balls might be a good choice for new players with an extreme slice that they haven't been able to train at all yet. For players who have been training to fix their slice, but still have it, these 50% balls work wonders.

It works.
These things work. I'm not a great golfer but I don't suck either. I could probably tell I have about a 12 handicap, but I cheat on the course (like don't count my mulligans and use balls like this without thinking twice). So I won't tell you I have a handicap and that I usually play somewhere between par and bogey golf depending on the day. With these things and my TM R15, I put the ball on the center fairway almost every time. When I don't use them I usually play a Pro V1 and put it to the right. I do feel that I lose about 10 yards when i play them, but it's better to be ten yards short and in the fairway then in the trees. I only docked a star because they will give you a false confidence. Switching between these and the Pro v1s I would really have to slow myself down mentally to make sure I was setting up right to get a straight shot with a real golf ball

Works as advertised, durability issues
I've used these balls the last few rounds. They definitely go straight as they are advertised and feel solid when you hit them. However, I'm sure if anyone is having these issues but I have lost maybe 20 yards of distance on my drives on the fly, plus once the ball lands you get NO roll. Another issue I'm having is the durability of the balls themselves. After maybe 4 or 5 holes they develop scuff marks equal to a normal ball that has been played maybe 3 or 4 rounds. Perhaps the balls I got were just a little faulty or maybe it was my clubs/myself who did it? Regardless they work fantastic if you want a reduced hook or slice!

No joke, no hype, 100% matches claims.
These are 2-3 times the price I normally pay as a 25+ hc. However, these 100% live up to the claim. Playing from the fairway on your second shot is such a huge difference, if only I can get my irons working.

Definitely a straighter flying golf ball.
First off, this ball is not legal for tournament play. That being said, this golf ball does fly straighter if you follow the directions. However, you're playing partners won't appreciate you lining up the arrow on the ball toward your target before every shot. Secondly, the distance you can hit this ball is significantly shorter than a normal golf ball. I wouldn't buy this ball again.

They really work
I was surprised they worked as well as advertised. The dimple pattern, and lack of dimples along the marked "direction" line affect the aerodynamics enough that you can visibly see the start of a slice or hook correct toward the original centerline and straighten out. One other effect though is it tends not to go as high as you might usually hit it, but my tee shot especially is too high usually, so I actually get about 20 yards increased distance out of it. However they're not tournament legal, and I suppose could create bad habits if you use them all the time. They're good though for those tough skinny holes where you'll probably lose your ball anyway, so you keep the hole fun and not an exercise in frustration.

Thought it wouldnโt but you can often see the ball self correcting mid flight. Feel guilty but hey, the game is hard enough

After not playing golf for a long time, I thought I might need some help keeping the ball straight. Iโm normally a really straight hitter and not normally long so I rely on accuracy. Tbh I noticed no difference between these balls and the ones I normally use. I didnโt see the ball trying to correct itself if I was a little of straight from the tee. On My second/third shot lining up the ball to the arrows was irrelevant as your not allowed to touch the ball or improve its lie. So basically a waste of time.

was surprised how well these work, but then anything thats banned on tour has to be for a reason. they are banned because they actually work, not in love with the price but then whatever ???
