Slap Ya Mama seasoning has become my go-to for smoked wings. I use the 0–400 method, and this spice blend takes them to the next level—just the right mix of heat and flavor without being overpowering. It sticks well to the wings, gives a nice kick, and the smoky flavor really shines through. I’ve tried it on other meats too, but wings are where it really stands out. If you like bold seasoning that makes your food pop, this is a must-have.

A little goes a long way, the spicy is definitely spicy, so start with a little and add more later on, as needed. Perfect for smoking meats and was great on my Thanksgiving turkey

This is a good spice, it smells and tastes like a high quality Cajun spike pot... but there is frankly too much salt in it. Way too much! If you're like me and you take a supermarket (Waitrose) pot of Cajun seasoning and completely smother your food, avoid this product as the salt volume will make it inedible. However, if you enjoy a light dusting (very light?), this product is about right for you.
