These socks are great : I bought another 5 pairs ! They are loose fitting but they dont go down into your shoes when you walk. They don't dig into your ankles and leave itchy marks. I recommend them

I will admit to being a bit of an anorak over socks. I have always said that should I become rich my only luxury would be new socks every day as they instantly stretch, and the feel of new socks is like nothing else. So when my wife bought me these "Diabetic socks" for my birthday recently, I thought great some black socks and they are sugar-free as well, how quaint. Then I tried a pair on. Oh, my word they are good. I mean, I have tried a lot of socks over the years and my previous best ones were no elastic in the tops, but they still left dents in my legs. These are so gentle that you hardly even know they are there. They apply virtually no pressure to your skin at all, and trust me if you are a diabetic this is very important and yet difficult to find. They are not close to being the cheapest socks I've ever owned coming in at a whisker over £4 a pair, but for me, the comfort and lack of painful itchy marks on my leg are more than worth it. I would go so far as to say, If you are diabetic, get these. You may not be at the stage where you desperately need them yet, but why wait?

I don`t have any condition that requires specifically wide socks but do suffer from a low threshold of annoyance - and socks do annoy me. These ones are very stretchy and they do not cut into the ankle and leave marks even after a few hours. The trouble with socks generally when they`re sold as "size 8-11" is that on smaller foot sizes the heel tends to end up too far up the back of the ankle, these do that. The seamless toe is noticeable in it`s seamlessness but there is a little lump of thread/fabric at each side of the toe area, not bad and usually unnoticeable....although I do sometimes. Being a looser fit they tend to move quite a bit and twist around underfoot. They don`t seem to shed black fluff quite as much as others either. Longevity ? Too soon to tell. Overall, they will be a relief for those who need them ! As I don`t bother to "pair" socks I usually just get 3 packs of identical ones and rotate them unpaired as they cycle through the sock drawer, clean ones to the back...like a conveyor belt ;) So as I bought three packs of these simultaneously I found the cost was rather high - would expect these to retail for £10 ...... £16.50 I thought was somewhat overpriced.

My husband hurt his knee and we think due to inactivity his ankles started to swell. We realised that his normal socks were making it worse. And it was only when looking for larger sock’s that I came across these for diabetics that I thought they would be ideal. They have helped enormously, they are comfortable, they wash well. The swelling has gone down and he is now more mobile. Very glad I bought them.

Decent weight, comfortable, truly wide fitting and over the course of the day it did not constrict on my swollen ankle. Socks slid off easily when removing them [i.e. did not have to cut them off] so am very pleased with this product. Indeed, I bought some more! Update: And the 2nd batch of socks received were not the same type! The brand name of Yomandamor is not printed on these socks. I will keep them but they are not as good as the 1st batch I received which were branded Yomandamor.

When it buy a new set of these socks it reminds me of how long it takes for those to wear out. The new ones are a big upgrade but I don’t notice the decline in quality through the months of use in between buying new sets. I know that other socks, like “BOMBAS” brand, will Last LONGER, but this is the most comfortable! 7-2025 Edit: I do not like these, I love love LOVE THESE! The decline in quality over time and use is so slow it is a shock how much better the new ones are after months and months of everyday use! 😍😁 8-17-2025 Edit: I feel like no one else could possibly appreciate these as much as I do. I feel like these fit my wide feet and high arches better than the CUSTOM MOLDED Shoe insole I got made at a “RoadRunner” Retail Store. Words do not do this product justice for how much I love them. A lot of clothing products that I have LOVED have been stopped being made like 6E New Balacne Shoes and the first generation of the Under Armour “SCORPIO” Athletic shoes. 9-6-2025 Edit: I LOVE THESE SO MUCH!! These do not last forever, they do wear out over constant athletic sweaty use, but the decline in quality is SO slow and takes SO much time/use! I am so grateful for these socks! These fit my feet so well that I feel like no one else can appreciate these as much as I appreciate these! 💗💗💗 I love these and have bought 8 different times over the many many years! 11-25-2025 edit: I love these so much and so often that I needed to express my gratitude somewhere! I tried wearing two at a time in the COLD🥶Winter and it added so much extra cushion and comfortable insulation!! 💓💗🩷🥰 03-26-2026 Edit: I dont know how this sock could fit my wide feet with high arches as much as these socks do! I also don’t know if they could fit anyone else’s feet as perfectly as these socks fit MY Feet!!

Bought this for someone with swollan feet. Not so useful in this particular case. May be swelling is a bit too much. But did not help is the fact.
