They take a while to dissolve completely so i crunch them up in my mouth so they can dissolve faster - works fast for injuries - bruises are a thing of the past - helps me deal with my overall chronic inflammation Truth: I dislike taking pills/supplements/vitamins because it feels like an extra chore to me. But I realized I prefer it over dealing with symptoms that get in the way of my life due to a condition caused by chronic inflammation. After having no success with past doctors I was able to get advice from a naturopathic practitioner and I now take this Arnica along with Ignatia, glucosamine, zinc, and drink plenty of water that I add trace minerals into. This cocktail along with consistent 7-8 hrs of sleep, commitment to prayer/meditation daily, and avoiding toxins, has taken my pain and discomfort from an 8 to 3 in the last month, and I still continue to make progress. I notice that when I consume more than a little bit of sweets my symptoms are worse the next day because of it. I’ve found that intermittent fasting helps me avoid that, while providing a handful of other benefits. My Patience has been tested at times but it’s paying off. I take for granted some days that I actually get to live normally in ways I couldn’t imagine just 2 months ago. I’m glad I don’t have to suffer silently and alone forever... I purchased these arnica pills prior to getting my lip filler and they helped tremendously! I took them approximately 4 days prior to my appointment and barely bruised!

I started taking them last night and 3 doses today -I would estimate my Sciatica and Joint pain is reduced by at least 30-40% by the end of today! I'm excited to keep taking for an entire week!!!

Good Product The way you get the pellets out of the tube is to turn the tube upside down, DO NOT REMOVE THE CAP, hold the lid steady while you twist the tube and let 5 pellets fall into the cap. After the 5 pellets have dropped into the cap because you twisted the tube while leaving the cap on, remove the cap and deposit the pellets into your mouth under your tongue. A homeopathic doctor once told me, ideally, you don’t eat or drink 20 minutes before or after taking the pellets. Don’t know if that is true. Probably has something to do with absorption rate, like don’t water down the enzymes or something. I’m speculating. Good luck I rarely leave reviews. But there seems to be confusion about how to dispense the pellets. This method helps to keep the pellets from being contaminated.

Good value for the money. Horrible design. If I'm unable to get the medication out what is the purpose for the medication. Trying to limit the pellets has limited the pellets from coming out of the container completely. Used a tweezer to break the Du Hikey standing in the way. The container design is horrible.

I was wondering, as can’t see it anywhere, what is the dosage? I’ve been taking 2 every couple of hours and hope that’s right lol Also it’s very easy to get them out, just hold upside down and slowly turn the top over your hand or a bowl or something to catch them.
