How to Use Combination Lock Default password of this product is “000”, number Zero. You can change the password by following steps. Password Setting Press and hold lock catch, rotate Turntable to any numbers you like, release lock catch to finish password setting. Lock Rotate Turntable to the right password, press and hold lock catch, and then place zipper pullers into the slots, release lock catch. Unlock Rotate Turntable to right password, press and hold lock catch, and then get the zipper pullers out of the slots

Start at 000 and work your way up through the different combinations until you find your code. Tedious but it works.
