The taste is fine but it smells SO BAD it makes it almost undrinkable. I’m not sure what’s in it to make it smell that way.. it’s overwhelming. I can’t comment on effectiveness because I’ve only used once, not sure how often I’ll be able to handle using it. Definitely would not purchase again. Disappointed, because I have used the BCAAs from this brand and loved them.

This is the only natural pre workout that works for me besides the sucralose. I've been using for years now and no adverse reactions.

Gives good energy, makes you sweat a lot. Taste Is horrible, I had to hold my breath and down every time I took this. Not up to par for the price, left disappointed.

I bought this pre workout because of its ingredient list. I make an effort to avoid artificial colors and other junk when I can, and this product seemed to be a good choice in this regard. But it is just horrendous. The fruit punch flavor itself isn't bad, but has a miserable aftertaste of chemically medicine. No thanks!

Has sucralose! Avoid unless you like sugar that has been broken down with chlorination.
