I’m grateful to have these while healing my gut and keeping digestion as gentle as possible BUT let it be known, these taste AWFUL. There is a coated version and I highly recommend those over these uncoated ones.

I so badly want to like these but every day when I took them I would get a horrible headache. I was only taking one per day to ease into taking them but they did not agree with my body. I've stopped and will try again in a few weeks to make sure there wasn't another cause for the headaches. Also, the pills are not coated and fairly big so taking a few per day might be tougher for some people.
