I have used it daily and found it to be noticeable in my daily health. So as with any supplement I buy online I am skeptical. But this was my 3rd box I’ve bought and for good reason. When I first began taking these I felt a significant difference in my overall mood and my level of motivation. I feel really good all day and I don’t feel drowsy or that mid day slump. I’m a firefighter and work can vary so sometimes when I get home I take a nap however starting these I come home and actually am motivated to get things done. I can’t give all credit to these pills because I do workout every day and I do eat a lot cleaner than before I began these but they definitely give me an extra boost. I highly recommend these. I combine these with daily creatine, magnesium, boron and zinc.

The first week and a half I had a lot of “clean”energy and it detoxed my body. no jitters from the energy. I could only take a half of one pill. After that I started taking the recommended dose which is 2 pills. It definitely helped with muscle soreness and cleared my lungs from any build up of mucus. I would take one when my muscles would feel sore and it helped right away. I also felt a shift in my digestive system. was a lot during the first week and a half because of the detoxing. After the first week and a half I stopped getting the rush of energy that I got when I first started taking them. I have stopped taking them now because I recently got kidney stones and I want to rule out the shilajit. Maybe my body is getting too much of a certain mineral?!? I am not saying that the Shilajit caused it, I just remember reading when doing some research on it that kidney stones could happen if you get too much of something in it so I will wait to continue until I know for sure it is or isn’t the shajit. Kidney stone pain is no joke! All in all I would say that it does what it says it’s supposed to do. The only thing that threw me off was the energy lift after a week and. half of taking it.

The tablets have a very bitter taste, swallow them quickly with water. I preferred to swallow them with Lemon Water to increase benefits and to help mask the taste. I am not sure of the results as of yet, I am still using the product and hope to see personal improvements between 60-90 days of use.

Out food now has no minerals anymore everything is grown hydroponic or the dirt its grown in had no nutrients which means no minerals this helps so so much!!! Great product!!

I took another brand prior to this and had much better results with the previous brand. Granted, the previous brand had a couple other ingredients, but I had taken them before and I believe the Shilajit content in them made a difference. I saw these and thought, with the good reviews, that they must be as good. Not the case. After taking them for a week, I saw a downgrade in how I had been feeling... I don't think they did anything for me. I'll not be using the rest... There should have been no build-up time since i had already been taking another brand, so it must be this brand that is inferior.
