To my knowledge, it is only available in printed format. There were some truly adorable felting projects contained in this book. After I read the instructions, I realized the projects appeared much more complex than they actually were to assemble. This is a wonderful project book to use in working with children, elementary school age and up. Plus, how can you go wrong with felt, right? It's so soft... I truly wanted to make every project in this book. However, I don't have enough time to do all the things I'd LIKE to do, so I donated it to a North Dakota library that has a great children's book section. My sister-in-law, the librarian, held it hostage at her house for a month, just so she could ogle at all the fun stuff. In addition to this book, I also ordered a few other felt books by the same authors, who present many unique ideas. The photographs are beautiful, and the format, font, and layout of the book are aesthetically pleasing. Plus, you learn how to MAKE STUFF for Christmas! With felt! What could be better? Review: Great little projects for the holidays, well written and explained - I purchased this book because I have a toddler with another baby on the way, and it hit me that standard christmas tree decorations are not going to work with us this year (I don't really want my son choking on broken bits of glass orbs or otherwise breaking the stuff). I figured, hey, felt decorations won't break when my kid gets to them! So far I've started one of the projects and it's very easy (little russian dolls), fun, cheap and requires little crafting ability (which is good, 'cause I'm short on it). But the dolls are sooooo cute! It would also be awesome as a source for holiday craft party ideas. I just wish I had time to organize one of those.

Easy, Wonderful Fun!
Such a wonderful array of projects for easy to medium level sewing skills! I have had so much fun making lots of things out of this book for Christmas this year. All of my friends and family have been wowed at the variety of things I have made, and the projects are not hard. Many of the projects work for non-Christmas themed sewing as well! Cutting and sewing goes pretty fast and there is lots of room for creative interpretations or embellishments. I would say I have medium level hand sewing skills, and a variety of the ornaments took between 1 1/2 and 3 hours from start to finish of the project, with creative stitching and decoration included(some took even less time). I had a couple of 10 year old girls who had never sewn before working on the owl ornament , and their creations turned out great! The primitive sewing made the ornament look that much more endearing. And the girls were tickled with their results! This book was a GREAT way to spend some quick holiday crafting time to get some very lovable results.

Some very fun ideas
I had been excited about this book since before it came out. I only recently decided to spend the money on it since the holidays are finally over. What I had hoped to find in the book was inspiration, which was certainly there. Some very cute stuff! I do have a small beef with the book, though. The cover picture was so intriguing online, but when I had the real book in front of me all I could see was how choppy the little cutouts on the trees looked. That hurried look came through in many of the project photographs and in several of the project ideas themselves, so the book looked rushed. If it had been my book I would have recut and resewn my project several times until it was picture perfect. The photos aren't everything, though, and there are a LOT of great ideas in here. It was definitely worth waiting for overall.

I don't regret buying it...
This book has some really cute ideas. As my title says, I don't regret buying this book. I'm sure that someday, I'll use it. I think it will be especially nice to have around once my kids are older and they want to help make holiday decorations and ornaments. I did recently attempt to use one of the patterns in the back and I was a bit disappointed. It was one of the stocking patterns and, as you can imagine, this book is not large enough in dimension to hold full-sized patterns, so they have images that you photocopy with the advised percentage increase (example: "Photocopy at 200%"). Well, the stocking patterns have to be photocopied at 400% which is too big to do on a home copy machine. I understand that the author of this book wasn't the one who decided what size stockings should be, but this was still irritating that I couldn't use that pattern until I could go out to a copy store and have it professionally copied on a larger machine. But, to the author's credit, this book has some really beautiful designs in the back, and you don't have to limit yourself to only using those designs if you are going to make a project from this book. For example, you could copy the patterns of the forest animals on the trees pictures on the front cover and applique them onto a dress for your daughter or something similar. So, in summary, I'm glad I bought this book. It has some really cute projects in it that I look forward to doing with my kids when they are older.

Truly lovely book!
All the templates are there (even the tiny decorative items), to be enlarged by 200 or 400% for most projects. The book will lie flat, so you will not have to take pages out. Nice colour schemes throughout the book and simple - but not too simple - projects with really original ideas. If you like the cone shaped Christmas trees on the cover, the book will not disappoint you. Good, practical advice on the basic techniques used, like the embroidery stitches. Of course I wouldn't make everything in the book, some projects are just not my taste, but there is enough to make the book worth buying, and I will definitely use some decorating suggestions for other projects. My favorites are the Christmas tree baubles, with their decoration of small glass beads and embroidery. They are at least as beautiful as glass baubles, and they will not break!

I don't want to be the one that chooses a book by its cover but the trees on the cover did draw my attention and ultimately led me to buying the book. I'm happy I did. There are beautiful and simple projects - I would recommend it to all that work with felt craft

Disegni bellissimi, spiegazioni facili (anche se in inglese) figure chiare. Un gusto anglosassone per in natale tutto da provare subito.
